Acker Maly Home Team Reviews
Judy Acker Maly

I was pleased with Judy as my realtor 15+ years ago so when I knew I needed to sell my home, I was confident that she could get the job done. With Austin to assist, the most difficult part was to get my belongings out. They were prompt and professional. Their communication skills were terrific. I felt confident in this stressful time with Judy & Austin’s aid. And after the closing they continued to assist the buyers and be the aid to us both. Great job to you both!

Judy and Austin were amazing to work with when we purchased a new home. From the time we walked into their open house until the time we signed papers at closing, Judy and Austin were extremely helpful and supportive. Their knowledge of the area, willingness to find answers to all of our questions, amazingly quick response time, and overall positivity made what could be a stressful process very comfortable. We would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Waunakee/Dane County area (or beyond)! We are so grateful our paths crossed and would most definitely work with them again in the future.

Judy did an outstanding job assisting us with both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. She guided us in preparing our condo for sale and negotiated the best price on our behalf. Additionally, she secured an excellent deal on our new home. Judy arranged a two-week, rent-free stay for us after the closing of our condo while we awaited the closing of our new home. She is very knowledgeable and is always prompt in responding to our questions. Judy is friendly and incredibly easy to work with. She works hard to find a home that is the perfect fit for you. This is the second time Judy has helped us find a wonderful home, and we would definitely recommend her for all your housing needs.

Judy and her team patiently helped us find the perfect house! They are always available to talk through options and look at various houses while bringing many good fits to our attention as soon as they go on the market.

Judy was absolutely amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and all around wonderful through our entire home buying process. I would recommend her, without reservation, to anyone seeking a realtor.
